 The Kaindl Diamond
coated see-through grinding wheel is the perfect way to shape your edge tools. The
perforated metal plate allows you to look through and see exactly where you are grinding
and how much material you are removing. You can even see the angle of grinding
while you are doing it. The disc perforations also minimize heat build-up
– no draw down of the temper in your precision machine tools.
The diamond surface will regrind any type of cutting tool – hardened and tempered
steels – including tungsten carbide. The patented bond between the diamond abrasive
and the disc provides for years of reliable service.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
- 4 3/8" diameter diamond coated disc, perforated, with 120 grit diamond bonded on
thee surfaces --top + bottom + edge -- (a patented process)
- Adaptable to any Drill or Drill Press, capacity 3/8" or larger
- Operational range @ 100 to 2500 RPM – diamond is so aggressive, that hi-speed
grinding is not necessary!!
